You can attend the General Shareholders' Meeting in person or through a proxy. You are required to show proof that you are a shareholder by certifying that your shares are recorded under your name (or under the name of a financial intermediary acting on your behalf if you live outside of France) on the third business day preceding the Shareholders' Meeting by midnight (Paris time) :
In the registered share accounts maintained by CACEIS Corporate Trust (CACEIS CT) on behalf of Séché Environnement, or,
In the bearer share accounts maintained by the financial intermediary with whom your shares are registered.
You must present an admission ticket, which you can obtain in the following manner :
By sending a request to CACEIS CT, which is mandated by Séché Environnement to centralize all services related to the Shareholders' Meeting, at the address below :

By sending your request to your financial intermediary.
Upon receipt, this intermediary will draw up an attendance certificate, which will be attached to your request for an admission ticket. The intermediary will then forward the two documents to CACEIS.
CACEIS will send you an admission ticket in the mail, or, if there is not enough time, will hold your ticket at the Shareholders' Meeting welcome desk.
Any shareholder may cast his or her vote by proxy through another shareholders or his or her spouse, civil union (PACS) partner, or by any other legal or physical person, by mail, or by authorizing the Chairman to cast his or her vote by filling out the special form provided for this purpose.
The form is sent to you by CACEIS, along with the meeting notice.
You must submit your request to CACEIS (address below) at least six days prior to the scheduled date of the Shareholders' Meeting.
The duly completed form must be returned to your financial intermediary, who will draw up an attendance certificate and forward the two documents to CACEIS.
For the needs of processing and handling, the forms must be received by the CACEIS at least three days prior to the Shareholders' Meeting.
The 2012 Séché Environnement Shareholders' Meeting will take place on June 8, 2012.
